Saturdays: 10am - 11am

Sundays: 9am - 10am

This class is for any athlete from 12 years old to college level who is looking to improve their Force Production Skills. These Athletes are required to have trained in our strength program for at least 8 sessions or 1 month before receiving access to our “Explosive training” program.
