Private Training

Available by appointment

Our staff of certified coaches are ready to work in small groups or one on one with your athlete. We have a variety of options depending on what the athlete is looking for. We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. This time can be used to work on anything from strength training to movement training, working with the Blaze pods or Vertimax or a mix of it all. Here at Odyssey we want to ensure you have the best coach possible to help you achieve your goals. You will be paired with the coach that will guarantee you get there. Private sessions go beyond our class options as the athlete will have a workout tailored to their specific sport related goals.

Private Training Options

  1. 1 on 1 training -

    • 30 min *

      • use of blazepods and sport-specific skills work

    • 60 minutes

      • Custom program is written out. A mixture of strength training and sport-specific training to fit athlete’s needs.

  2. Vertimax Training -

    • 30 mins (1 athlete)

    • 45 mins (2-4 athletes)
