SATURDAY: 9am - 10am

SUNDAY: 10am - 11am

What our Class has to offer

Our intermediate class is for our middle school aged athletes ranging from 11-14 years old. In this class we break down the fundamentals of lifting. Our coaches work with all athletes no matter their skill level. Our programming can be progressed or scaled for any athlete. With a wide range of weights and our different size barbells we ensure every athlete is safe while they are learning how to move weight. We also incorporate movement training (plyometrics, acceleration and change of direction). This class will help take your athlete to the next level in their sport going beyond raw talent and training to be more powerful in their sport.
