FRIDAY 5PM-6:30PM

SUNDAY 10AM - 11:30AM

JUMP TRAINING - SAT - 9AM-10am

SPEED TRAINING - SUN - 8AM - 9AM

Our advanced group is for athletes ranging from 14 through college. This class dials in on how to move weight effectively, resulting in your athlete becoming stronger and more powerful in their respective sport. Our programming and certified coaches take Olympic and power lifts and incorporate that into different phase cycles to guarantee our athletes are constantly seeing progress. While adding movement training (plyometrics, acceleration and change of direction) we are able to produce top athletes.
