Summer Warrior is a 3-month Commitment Membership available to all levels—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. It provides unlimited training sessions throughout the summer, with both morning and afternoon sessions offered. This program is built to help athletes stay consistent, build strength, and improve performance during the off-season. Advanced athletes are required to complete an athlete assessment before starting training under this membership.
BEGINNERS
Foundations First. Confidence Always.
Our Beginner Summer Warrior Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of movement, coordination, and strength in a fun, engaging environment. We focus on teaching proper mechanics, building athletic confidence, and creating a positive relationship with training. This program is perfect for kids who are new to sports or looking to build a strong athletic base before advancing to more competitive levels.
Intermediate
Bridge the Gap Between Potential and Performance.
The Intermediate Summer Warrior Program is tailored for middle school athletes ready to take the next step in their development. This level builds on foundational skills with increased focus on strength, speed, and sport-specific movement. With an emphasis on technique and consistency, our goal is to help athletes prepare for high school-level competition while developing the habits and work ethic required for long-term success.
HS/Advanced

The Advanced Summer Warrior Program is built for high school athletes serious about elevating their game. From strength and velocity-based training to speed development and athletic assessments, this program is designed to maximize physical output and prepare athletes for their upcoming season. Every athlete undergoes a full performance assessment and is guided through a results-driven program tailored to their goals, sport, and position.
